Designed for powerful, flexible cooking in busy commercial kitchens, the Trueheat RC Series 6 Open Burners NG features six high-performance open burners within a streamlined 900mm cooktop. Each burner delivers 24 MJ/hr of sustained heat, providing chefs with the responsiveness required for boiling, simmering, sautéing and high-volume cooking throughout demanding service periods.

Individual standing pilots and full flame-failure protection on every burner support safe and reliable operation, while heavy-duty cast iron trivets sit flush with the cooking surface to allow large pots to move smoothly between burners. Designed as part of the modular Trueheat RC Series, the cooktop can be installed on a benchtop or compatible stand and integrated with other burner and griddle configurations to create a customised cooking line.
